Refunds

REFUNDS DUE TO LOSS OR DAMAGE
 
I've posted over a thousand prints and originals and luckily only a couple have been damaged/lost. 
 
In the unfortunate event of a missing artwork or print, I provide a full refund, unless the package when tracked shows as arrived and signed for at any address.
 
In the instance of a damaged print, you will receive a full refund, so long as there is proof the damage occurred before you received it. 
If you notice any dents or perforations to the tube, box or envelope, it’s vital that you take good clear images BEFORE opening the package. Ideally these pictures would be with the courier. This way, if damage has occurred to the print inside, we have evidence that it was done by the postal service and a refund can be given. 
 
In the instance of a damaged original painting, you will receive a refund to cover the cost of repairs, or if it's damaged beyond repair, a full refund. We will require you to provide an official email from professional art restoration services on the matter. We will also require proof of invoice from the restoration. The full or part refund will only be credited if there is proof the damage occurred before you received it.
